Monthly Subscriptions: UltimateMobile sims have monthly subscriptions and they need to be renewed in order to keep using the number and not lose it.

Fraudulent Usage: eSIMCard holds the right to cancel the purchase if it suspects any fraud or spam usage.

Virtual Numbers: Virtual Numbers will not work on WhatsApp and other similar services, and the customer is not entitled to a refund if they do not get the OTP codes for such services.

4. Legal and Compliance

Jurisdiction: The services provided are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is based.
