Grenada has had a remote-work law since 2021. That part is clear. What isn't so clear is whether you can actually apply for the Grenada digital nomad visa in 2026.

Do Digital Nomads Pay Income Tax in Grenada?

Possibly. A remote-work permit and permission to enter the country aren't the same thing.
The Remote Employment Act says applicants must provide proof of an entry visa, or proof that they've applied for one, when their nationality requires a Grenada visa.
The Grenada Embassy also says visitor visa requirements depend on citizenship. Before flying, travellers must also complete Grenada's Online Immigration and Customs Form.
The official portal says the form becomes available 72 hours before arrival. That travel form is separate from any remote-work application.

Grenada isn't the only Caribbean option for someone working remotely.
