How can I Turn Off / Delete an eSIM from iOS device?
Removing or Temporarily Disabling an eSIM on Your iOS Device with eSIM Card is straightforward.
To Remove an eSIM
- Open the 'Settings' app on your iOS device.
- Tap on 'Cellular' or 'Mobile Service'.
- Find and select the eSIM you want to remove.
- Choose 'Delete eSIM'.
- You might see options like “Remove eSIM” or “Delete Mobile Plan” - select as per your device's prompt.
To Temporarily Disable an eSIM
- Go to 'Settings' on your device.
- Select 'Cellular' or 'Mobile Service'.
- Look for the option “Turn on/off this line” to disable the eSIM.
This action won't delete the eSIM; it just turns it off. You can turn it back on whenever you need it again.
Note: Turning off the eSIM doesn't pause its validity period. It will still expire after the set duration.
