Contact custom support
Contact the eSIMCard support team via chat or direct by calling them. Tell them the whole situation, and they will guide you with the information or details to recover eSIM.
Scan QR code
If you have the recent QR code, then scan it again and if you didn’t save it then get a new QR code after contacting your carrier support. Use it to add your eSIM again.
Follow on-screen instructions
After getting all the details and applying them, follow the onscreen instructions to proceed to the next setup. To avoid this frustrating situation from happening again, always backup your eSIM information (such as ICCID Number) and QR code in a secure place.
